living with mothertongue English and American students gave me the opportunity to improve my English, moving from the scolastic to the real spoken language knowledge.

It was great, the offer free swedish lessons for international students. Most everyone speaks english though, and you could get away with not trying swedish at all.

all swedes are billingual in English (or nearly) but you'll also have a chance to attend the intensive August course in Sewdish and to continue afterwards !

It was difficult to learn because everyone spoke English so well. Would like to learn it if I am accepted into a master's programme there for next year.
