Pourquoi?
It's really hard in the beginning and I would choose on campus accomodation for the first week. But campus life is just not the real life. It's really hard in the beginning, but whilst other college students were annoyed by there fellow roommates, I had the time of my life in my lovely little house.

The housing department is very well organised. If you really cant find anything they will help you. I found my house after looking at 3 houses and could move into the house within 3 days.
The workload during the semester is quite high. However, the effort for the final exams is not.

It is useful to arrive two or three weeks before the semester starts to ease accomodation search. Travelling during the semester is only possible during the Easter break.

Perth is a good base for travelling and a really nice place to live and study. You should not miss out the South-West and the North-West.

many (australian) students does not show respect for fellow students and lecturers - they have conversations without consideration for other troughout lectures:( Although lectures were VERY good - you sometimes got disturbed by fellow students
that the workload was compared to european exchange location much more!!

go to the ningaloo reef in the north and do a diving course at "mindarie dive" in joondalup, perth. it´s the cheapest you will find in perth!
