OverallThere is the possibility to study Danish, Swedish or Norwegian language at the University. There is also a good range of cultural courses to take, especially in the final year including history, literature and translation courses. The teachers are generally knowledgeable in their fields and helpful in giving advice and help in the languages and other fields of study.

Overall
Edinburgh University is helpfully placed in the beautiful city of Edinburgh. The languages department has been very helpful and the teachers that have taught me have been very high standard. I am currently in my third year doing a year abroad and have had nothing but help from Edinburgh staff regarding year abroad topics.
