“Great University Experience”

Évaluation globale
I study French and Italian at the Univeristy of Bath.
My department POLIS is excellent and filled with extremely helpful and friendly staff who are always willing to help you out. They also tend to know everyone by name which can be unusual, especially compared to other larger departments!
The University has many great contacts and I have been fortunate enough to gain lots of experience and relevant opportunities to do with my languages.
Bath is a great uni experience and I'd recommend it to anyone.

“Exciting but relaxed”

You will be surrounded by a fantastic cohort of students and will be guaranteed to have a good time. The placement year allows students to acquire professional experience and this gives them an inherent advantage coming out of university.
However, professors lack motivation, and too a certain extent students do too. Over the years, professors have recycled the same material (course content and exam questions) and there is almost a lack of authenticity with the information you learn. They are not receptive to students, so some modules can be frustration as they could be predictable.
