The career advice is not sufficient and very broad. There are some career fairs however for someone who does not want to work in the Netherlands there is no help at all.

Overall
When doing a master, it is important that it is demanding and that it pushes you to work hard. The MSC in Communication Science at UvA does so. The teachers will engage you in order to be more critical and analytical. It is a project-based master that puts a lot of importance on teamworking.

I had the greatest experience in my life, and so did everybody.
You shoud make the most of your stay and travel around the NL and Europe with your friends.

The courses are expansive and there is a lot of room to study what you like and discover new things as well. Everyone is very accommodating and there's always someone you can turn to for help. Doing and undergraduate programme in this city is a great experience for people on their own for the first time.
