Living in the country and attending the language lessons allowed me to improve very quickly but I would say it took about six months until I felt I could speak fluently and confidently.

The accommodation was very cheap but I would have liked a common room for evryone to meet up and get to know each other. I hardly knew anyone on my floor and it was only through a friend of mine who was living in the same building, that I got to know people pn her floor
