I lived in an apartment on the main tourist street(Rua Franco) with three spanish students: 2 from Galicia and 1 from Pais Vasco. The apt was old-school but definitely good enough for student types.

Accomodations were quite bad compared to Finland: they didn't even notify my friend that her dorm was closed! I didn't like the fact that you had to share that small room and that the cleaners came twice a day, I'm quite compitent to clean after myself. So I actually moved after two weeks to apartment with two friends: it's cheaper, nicer and more fun.

OverallLa universidad y la vida universitaria bien, aunque en la facultad de educación nos hemos pasado alguna vez incluso meses sin profesor/a y nadie hacía nada (sin clases, sin que nos devolvieran los créditos pagados, etc.).
