I spent more than I did at home because I traveled a lot. It was a new country and I had a lot to visit. Plus, here I pay a rent but at home I stay in an apartament and I don´t pay it.

Buzz is really expensive in sweden, besides guess it's preety normal to go out a lot on exchange! Made a lot of journeys during my stay to visit other friends up north!

Crucial factor was the high rent. Everything else was either cheaper or more expensive and thereby comparable to home living costs.

Because as you know that you might not come back there again, you want to experiment all the posibilities, regarding night life, trips... And then, of course, specially with food and night life the prices are the double comparing to Spain.

Goods were way more expensive compared to Canadian prices, but flights were so cheap that I travelled a lot to take advantage of it.....I travelled over 15 countries ;)
