In the beginning I had difficulties with the language since my Spanish wasn't really good. But over the last months it was improved, especially by having contact to other international students and Spanish people and during my internship in Madrid.

At first, Ihad no problem to follow the courses, and obviously much more to understand the conversation with the native students for the slang. But, rapidly I could understand and comunicate perfectly with them.

At the beginning it was really hard to understand some teacher, I couldn't even take notes becaus e I didn't know how to spell the words. But by the time it was getting easier and finally I coul participate activly in class discussions.

whe I arrived in madrid I couldn't spoken spanish at all but after an year I can say that I'm quite satisfacted about my level of spanish. it was quite difficult the first month but then I was able to speak in any situations.

I mostly improve my Spanish thanks to the acquaintances I made going out with other international students.
It was to difficult to talk and interact with the local students who were to busy with their studies!

My mother language is Spanish so I did not have any problem with that. The funny situations come up when I say a Latin American word which is ununderstandable sometimes.
