Personal recommendation
It's a professional business school with good qualities. The only thing I didn't liked was that I had class every day of the week, beginning at 08.00 and sometimes ending very late in the evening. It was very busy and therefore I missed a lot of the Erasmus Student live, like travelling, going out. I would prefer to did it more often.

I wish I had know a little bit of Catalan in order to be able to talk a little bit with people in their "first" language.

This school is a business school. You can either go and apply to the local program otherwise I guess you have to come from my school in France to be able to study there as it is part of the same Group.

If you want to study in barcelona, which I greatly recommand, you should share a house or a flat with people from different countries (especially different from yours). As an exemple in my flat were living 3 italians guys and I learnt to speak Italian.

There are a lot of clubs to go out for dancing, just describe on Facebook for the guest list. Get in before 02.00 and you don't pay entrance fee. Beside the clubs there are plenty of bars and cafés in Barcelona. The cheapest I know is Sugar Bar (very small cosy bar), near Plaza Real, a beer is here 1,50 + a free shot!

Academic
Course recommendations
Be picky on taking your courses. There are a lot of class hours and all hours are mandatory to attend!

Personal comments
Not all the teachers have the same professional level. Some of them are really good and have a lot of experience in both business and teaching. But there are also a few teachers who are just crazy and bad in English.

Personal comments
ESEC provides you with information and tips how to take care for housing. They also gave before the beginning of the course a document with possible flats. But students have to take care for it themselves.
