At the beginning of the semester the university gives you the opportunity to have a intensive language course Spanish. After this during the whole year there were language classes every day, in Spanish, English, Chinese, etc.

Get a Spanish phone! Get a public transport discount ticket at UAB. If you like to go out a lot to clubs get a member of Barcelona Connect Club Card. But you have to get in before 02.00 for free entrance.

I defenitely improved my Spanish but I canbe hard sometimes as people speak catalan in Barcelona. But if you want to interact with Spanish students they usually talk to you in Spanish.

I shared a house with people from different countries and it was a really cool experience I loved it and if I were to go back I would definetly share a flat or a house again
