OverallBogazici University is the best university in Turkey in terms of university exam results and academics.Boğaziçi University represents the university of Robert College in Turkey.As an Industrial Engineering student my department accept only the first 700 students in Turkey.

Final comments
Travel to the Black Sea region and the Anatolian region. Look for apartments in Şişli and Levent - you may be able to walk home from the University instead of sitting on the bus in the middle of İstanbul's unbearable traffic.

Final comments
Winter, snow and rain in Istanbul gives wet feet and a depressed mood. Make sure you have rainproof boots! Summer is bringing the sun on your face, Istanbul is a great city and you will have plenty of opportunities to travel around the country cheap. However, if you want to travel outside of Istanbul you better learn the language.

It was one of the best universities in Turkey in terms of university ranking. The quality of education is higher than other state universities in Turkey. It has a modern welcoming atmosphere having lots of international academics and students.

Internships were arranged by the university. The best private schools and colleges in İstanbul were determined as the place for internship. In most of those schools the language teaching was carried out by native speakers

Why?
Because it allowed for greater independence, freedom of movement, and allowed me to build a network of friends in Istanbul.

I heard nothing about the university housing other than that it was extremely expensive relative to the prices that could be found in regular apartments.
