The exact surroundings in the dormitory - was not really sure what it is like.

Final comments

Be careful when choosing accomodation and reserach in advance the toipcs considering visa and job regulations. Also pay attention to banks' working hours and the fact that shops are closed on weekends.

It is very organised with many facilities and a high level of courses. Students have to choose it if they are interested for the academic results and not only for fun. The city is amazing though.

It is easy to travel to the countries around, there is also a discount for students if the buy a cheap student card.The local students from University are very helpful and they organize a lot of great trips and parties.

Vienna is a great place for studying. I recommend Haus Erasmus for accommodation. If you want to travel buy the OeBB Vorteilscard. Anyway the Buddy Network will tell you everything you would need.

Yes it is a good university to have an exchange because many social events are organised for students. Administrative matters are well-taken care of by the staff from the International Students office.
