At the beginning I had some problems undestanding everything. Nevertheless, since I lived with a Canadian family I coped quickly with the language problem.
Get in touch with the teacher before registering for a course. Usually he can provide you with some helpful information on what's the class all about, the prerequisites you need to fulfill, etc.

Mel's Dinner across the road open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday Night. Cheap food with daily specials, they serve breakfast all day long.
Halloween is a big event on campus, EVERYONE dresses for the occation and their are dozens of parties.

I was an international student. I chose two online courses during summer. I applied and paid online. After completing those courses, WLU sent me a bill for those course again since I was an international student and I have to pay twice. But their student booklet and their price on web stated clearly.
Deb Da Costa from their business office was very rude. She threaten me: 'do you want a degree or not'? And they blocked my student account to apply next course without paying another half. What a bully!
I was young and didn't anticipate this and not know how to response. And nobody cares what was right from WLU.
If you change your rule in the middle of game, is it fare? You thread students to cover up your mistakes on billing. I applied on online and I didn't make a mistake.
Don't collect money by threatening ppl, unless you are gang
