I wish I had known...
I wish I had known more about the culture and the weather. I wasn't quite aware that most of my "knowledge" were prejustices.

I am really glad and grateful that I had the possibility to study abroad. I very much enjoyed my stay in Australia and made a lot of new friends. The most important person at VUT was Herta Derrij, the International Coordinator! She was extraordinary helpful and friendly and overall is a very lovely person. A final advice for all other students: Australia is BIG!!!! From Melbourne to Adelaide it takes you ca. 12 hours by bus. Australia is a very VARYING country! In Melbourne for example it is very cold in winter! Overall: Have fun!!!!

It is difficult to find a good accomodation. We arranged it already from Austria - which was very good - as it takes quite a long time to do that in Melbourne itself, as there are not a lot of good offers.

The level of the courses is not as high as in Germany or Austria. The courses are pretty easy for us. A little bit too easy.

I am absolutely satisfied. Don't worry about your time, the Australians are very relaxed, time for studying and travelling is enough

Yan travel for less expensive if you plan your itinary before you go and buy a "package" which includes almost everything (bus from one city to another, tours to visit, nights in backpackers places, etc).

From the courses, the educators to the methodology used are above par. Learnt everything I needed to build and manage businesses when I returned home and gave oversight of being a manager and thinking like a futurist.
