I did not use the careers office but I know that there is one as they regularly send available internship and job offers from partners but also organize workshops where students meet potential employers.

Do not recommend latin faculty. Studies were overloaded with not useful obligatory in 21st century courses. But if you are into for example medieval literature as more important than communication and translation courses, you might like WyRom. UJ :)
