Housing
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why?
Because it's easier to meet other students and exchange ideas with them and hopefully also study together. Besides, there is all you need there: PC rooms, a library, a bar and a canteen.

Personal comments
Accomodation was fine, the student house was clean and quiet, although the standard is not the same for all the student houses of this University. I think that the accomodation, in general, is quite expensive.

well, i would say if there are more active student society that'll be great. studying media in this uni is kind of isolated cos the media school is far from city.

I wish I had known...
That there would be a large amount of initial costs involved with moving, and a quantitative idea of how much those would be, would have helped overcome the initial shock of being away from home.

Aside from studying, take the time to get to know your surroundings and what London has to offer. Travel as much as possible, because it is easier to do so from one of the city's many smaller airports.

If you are in a budget that will be hard to live in London unless you wirk at the same time you study, which is a little bit hard.
