For international students it is much easier to get enrolled into any course than for Americans. However UVM beurocracy makes it a little more difficult, because there are so many persons you need to talk about taking anyclass, so that when you are about signing in, it is already full.

smaller size of classes, probably. There are too many students in foreign language classes, so we don't really work personally.
A course based system like everywhere in the US, very much like "school" to me with lots of homework, quizzes, exams, papers, ... Be quick if you want to register for courses like photography or film.

It is all right, the workload during the semester is quite a lot, but no problem. You are sill left with enough time to party! Overall it was not to challenging, but good fun! I really loved some of my courses.
