The international students organization worked pretty well in the sense that it organised lots of day trips or visits to places like Scotland.
There´s a wide range of clubs to join. I signed up for the Irish Dancing club, where I was taught how to dance Irish set dancing. They also organised trips to other regions to dance in pubs or Ceilis.Lots of fun!

At the beginning it was difficult. My communication skills were very poor. But I was in a foreign country, so I needed to improve my English fast. Living on campus was a good opportunity to improve my English with other students. It was easier to me to speak with other Erasmus students in English than with local students. In one month, my communications skills improved so much.

Housing
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why?
I liked live on campus. I met a lot of people from different countries. In fact, I lived with 5 girls from other countries. This is good to learn about other cultures, and of course to improve my communication skills.
