I like the courses to be more interactive with students rather than leaving everything for the students to study

The university should also provide for international students like me to offer more than formal advice for our future careers and particularly i found that most british Universities are unable to offer any form of career help to international students coming outside the European Union.Eventhough i like the course and my academic life here i am ending up with no career help(This is the only thing any student particularly international student can expect from a foriegn university).

If you do a Postgraduate course then you pretty much have no choice what courses to take. The quality of teaching is a bit dissapointing as its really theoretical and not at all practial. Teachers dont have the same marking standards and thus your grades tend to fluctuate. Teachers dont seem to be very eager to help, but this depends on the teacher and department I guess..

As I said before, teachers have different marking standards and thus I didnt really like it.. Exams were packed into one week giving you little time to revise and prepare.

It should be more practical, and also teachers and University should support more foreign students to get a work placement after they Graduate, otherwise it lowers the moral of hard working students who just cant work because of work permits, but have potential to do good in life and in abroad.

Hospitality Studies in scottish hotel school have imporoveed my communication skills and life experience,it has helped to make new friends from all over the world and learn new culture and ideas.

attention to some courses if you catch the scottish teacher you could probably don't understand anything for the first lessons since you don't get used to the scottish accent. Business and marketing courses are very good!!!

it's difficult to improve something like that, my suggestion would be create some integration moment between the foreigner students and the local ones, the only gap is this"distance"

A bit difficlut to understand and choose correctly the classes you are really interested in. The classes outlines are not very detailed, so you choose a class only on three sentences. I suggest to look for previous students; their collaboration is appreciated and useful.

Yes, to evalue carefully the number of classes you would like to attend. I strongly think that 3 in a semester is the right number.

You will find lots of courses available in Strathclyde´s, it could be a good a idea looking for courses outside your department, there is quite a lot of things that could be interesting

It could be that the level of classes are lower than in Spain although they are more direct, not so theory like in Spain I think this is better in some cases.
