It is not to hard to communicate to other students/proffesors... but if your home language is spanish, you shouldn't talk a lot with latin people because they are a lot at this University and you will end up talking only in spanish and not improving your english.

It was a great experience. I learned to be more accurate and talk more fluently without having to think first in my own language. I expecially learned how to think in english and how to put all my knowledge into practise

English is Iceland's 2nd language, so communicating in English is no problem for me. I spent a whole year only speaking English (not many Icelanders in Miami) so my English is completely fluent.
