It was very far from the university and the town centre. The shuttle buses to the town centre were not always on time. Moreover, there were was no service at nights so you had to use a taxi.

It is really easy to find something in Huddersfield but people as to be careful when they choose a flat. This one as to be really close to the Uni!

Many bargins may be found at the Open Market. Post New Year's Eve sales give a great opportunity to purchase some cheap and high quality clothes.

Personal comments
The university is located in Yorkshire, which means everyone has a very strong accent. I would not recommend this university to anyone who has not fluent knowledge of English. Beginners may struggle a lot.
