Pourquoi?
I was already living in Houston before going to university. I went to live there when I was 16 with my family. So It wsn't like any exchange program. So if I have to go back I will have my own apartment or house.

Going to an American university was veru enriching. I graduated from a French High School but I was living in the UNited States, so it was very good that I stayed and went to university. I experienced the american campus, I also got to be fluent in English. It was a key part of my studies.
Well I had already decided to go and study in my home country (France) before starting studying at university and maybe I wish I had made plans in order to stay and do all my studies there in the United States

well I went to this university because I was living in this town but the recommendation is that the University of Houston is not that expensive for an American university so it's good if you want to study in the States without having to pay enormous fees.

I loved living in Houston, I can say it changed my life. After living for 3 years in this country I completely opened my mind to other cultures and to change. If you want any advice especially if you come from Europe: Get a car!!

As I said before, I was alreadu living in this country before going off to university. The problem is that I was in a French school so it seemed to me that it was mandatory that I become fluent in English before going back. I had a good command of English before entering university and when I wanet back to France after a year I was fluent in English
