Because the standard of living in UK is higher than in India.Hence what costs me cheap there would cost me higher in the host country when converted back to my homecurrency.

I wish I had known...
I wish I had known more about the scholarships before applying so that I could have tried to meet the deadlines.In this case I missed most of the Scholarship deadlines and ended up applying for a student education loan.

When away from Home University,I would say one should make the most of it which would mean lots of travelling around because tomorrow you might not get the chance.one should make the most of one's stay and try to balance studies and social activities together making sure none are ignored.
