Green Campus, Modern facilities, Great choice of courses
Dario G
Italy, Undergraduate
Economics, 2018
Overall
My time at UoB was brilliant, giving me ample experience and development for my future. I studied the Liberal Arts programme which can be a source of Incredible multi-disciplinary learning if you use it properly, i.e. go in already having a vague idea of how you want to finish. Amazing ties to other universities for opportunities to study abroad for a year. Vibrant city with 4 other universities, very much geared up to the student life.

Birmingham is a city which is developing very fast, and the campus is one of the best. Travelling is very easy, and student agencies offer very good deals. If you plan to come here, prepare for a lot of rain and cloudy weather.

Whilst it has been a hard year for everyone the academics has not been great. Sports have been limited and facilities have been closed but a big effort has still been made to help students pastorally and with regards to extra-curricular involvement.

Bachelor of Science, Accounting and Finance
Jenifer Y
Singapore,
Accountancy, 2025
Overall
The courses are accounting and finance which are the most fundamental core in real life business world. The modules are block taught which makes students able to focus on one module and comprehend it fully before studying another module. The lecturers give us adequate amount of resources while encouraging us to assess ourselves by providing real life case studies and numerical practices.
