“An excellent course, but lacking in some areas”

Valoración globalThe mathematics lecturers at Abertay vary dramatically in their abilities and their passion for the job. One would clearly explain everything in a computer games programming context, whereas the other would hand-write the notes from the written book onto the white-board whilst we fell asleep in the classroom. The javascript teacher was sadly lacking in javascript skills, but thankfully we had a previous programmer in the class who helped everyone with their coursework. The facilities at the university are excellent and the course overall was good fun. Dundee, not a great city to live in though, if you like to have things to do!

Now this university teaches post-graduate students in Civil Engineering. I can't recommend them to do their study at there in under-graduate level. however, if you are independent, pro-active, then this place is great.

Dundee is quite near to famous places in Scoland: Aberdeen, Edinbourgh, Glasgow, Isle of Skye, Inverness (I could not see Nessy, snif, snif...).
The weather at there is fine as well.

it was expensive to rent student flat which is a little bit strange but i am person who manage in that situation and i founded much better equiped and biger place to live than student accomodation. which is some kind of succces becouse of that i saved money and i have got better place to live.

University Halls are definitely too expensive and do not answer needs of students. Also there is no possibility to terminate Contract with University of Abertay. In the other hand there is a range of private flats to rent which are available and not too expensive.
