I travelled much more frequently while I was abroad and it often involved airplane tickets. Nightlife in Dublin is more expensive than in Syracuse, more pricy drinks and covercharges.

Ireland is a very expenisve country, so everytign you need to buy is far more expensive than at home, so even if you try to save money you'll spend more than at home.
