Norwegians are very fluent in English, I could say at a proficiency level.Together with their wilness to help and efficiency, you will have almost no language barrer or administrative strugle to see things done :)

Sentrum,cant afford to miss 17th may celebrations, sturday nights were pretty busy, swimming and boat competitions to mention but a few.
