My favorite spots were the place where there were a lot of people. That about in any at any time in Barcelona. I very much liked my own neighbourhood "Gracia" which had a lot of small bars, restaurant and squares(plazas) with terrases. And I very much liked the neighbourhood around the Rambla, where there were always a lot of people. Best place: La Oveja Negra, just next to the Rambla. Everyone knows it, but it's so incredibilby easy to make new contacts over there. That's what I loved about it.

La Ovella Negra (the one near Plaza Catalunya) - THE place to meet international students Tubo Bar (Provença, entre Enric Granados and Balmes) - cheap drinks, cool music, packed on fridays and saturdays Margarita Blue - excellent Caipirinhas and good food

Universal, a great disco ! Maremagnum, basic but so enjoyable! La boîte, if you are a musician. Xocoa if you like chocolate and turrones. El Poble Espanyol : having a party in a medieval village. Las chupiterías : taste home-made cocktails ...

Too many to pick from limon negra is very good and club universal. Liceu theatre is very good, went to see orpheo, very good

there are so many things to see and places to visit, I can´t point out the best ones. The best in BCN is that you can find whatever you´re looking for.

Barcelona is a city with a very important cultural offer. It's very important to try know Barcelona, his quarters, his communities, etc. It's fabulous.
