There is some ships on the little river which have been transformed into bars. The bar "Schutzenberger" at the place Kleber is great because of its modern design, but the service is very bad. It has been like that three years ago when I lived in Strasbourg, and it has been the same when I returned for a quick visit in January 2004.

Since I am half-french, learning the language wasn't my motivation to go to Strasbourg. I simply wanted to study in France, and I wanted to find out whether or not Sciences Po is really a challenging institution.
