Why?

Many flats are available in City Centre. On Campus accomodation is out of town and public transport stops running quite early. Rented accomodation allows more independence and the cost is about the same.

Univesity accomodation is quite far from city centre. Cost wise it is cheaper but the difference isn't great! Some flats they offer are in a relatively dangerous area - a friend of mine got mugged by his flat

Parcours : Licence en psychologie - master en psychologie du travail et ergonomie

Les cours sont très complet, on aborde en Licence un champ très large de domaines en psychologie.
La spécialisation en psychologie du travail et ergonomie permet de se professionnaliser d'avantage à travers 2 stages (200 et 500 heures minimum en M1 et M2)
On a l'occasion de se familiariser avec la santé et le bien être au travail, les ressources humaines, la psychologie des risques, l'ergonomie.
Tout au long du parcours, nous disposons de cours d'anglais obligatoires permettant de ne pas lâcher cette matière en étude supérieur.
Le campus est vraiment très agréable et les professeurs se rendent disponibles.

Careers

Au sein de l'université, des stage à l’internationale sont possible. selon les parcours ces stages à l'étranger sont obligatoire.
Dans mon parcours, nous avons 2 stage obligatoire : le premier en Master 1 de 200 heures minimum et le second de 500 heures minimum (indispensable pour obtenir le titre protégé de psychologue).

Des options sont disponible pour donner des conseils aux étudiants concernant leur insertion professionnel et leur future carrière professionnelle.

Un service d'orientation est disponible sur le campus. Il est possible de prendre rendez-vous avec des conseiller en orientation.

Pros

Sa localisation, sont large panel de formations, sa qualité d'enseignement en psychologie.

Cons

Donner plus de moyens aux enseignants, recruter d'avantage pour réduire la charge de travail par enseignant chercheur.

Overall

I wish I had known...

1: Wished i had a drivers licence. Marseille, Monaco, Nice and paris just down the road. Spain, Switzerland and Italy around the corner. With no college to go to, renting a car would have being a brilliant adventure.

Final comments

Go there, make friends. Enjoy the views, go sking. Get drunk. Hang out with the french. It is mind blowing experiencing a social life with people like yourself and your friends back home but who are from a different country, speak a different language.

Course recommendations

Be aware that accounting, maths subjects do differ to your home country. I actually chose a mixture of subjects from different years which was v.good. Be aware that this is possible.

The Erasmus representative is not the most helpful, just remember to talk to other Erasmus students and be aware that you can pick and choose your subjects as long as it is cleared with your home university.
