OverallLaval University is a pretty great university. If you have the possibility to study there in your field, do not hesitate. It's a medium-size university located in a beautiful and friendly city: Québec city.

There were hardly any good bars, they are all too dark or/and too loud; best one was however the Turf, which had an Irish touch; But we met us normally at somebody's appartment
