Recomendaciones de cursos
The courses that are lectured in Italian are better organized and the teachers are more motivated than in the couple of courses lectured in English

Naturally, I went out, and perhaps a bit more than at home. Plus, drinks typically cost at least 7 Euros so it adds up.

Be weary of your institution's international currency withdrawl fees and exchange rates, and withdrawl accordingly.

Comentario personal
You can choose both English and Italian courses. It is easier to speak English than Italian among exchange students which is a pitty. I personally spoke a lot Italian but it was thanks to accomodation I had in an Italian family.

Alojamiento
Tipo de alojamiento: Piso o apartamento
Organizado por: Independientemente - por elección propia
Si volviera, eligiría: En el campus
¿Por qué?
I managed to check out the residence during my first semester and although for student halls they are quite expensive, the experience of living with the other Italian and exchange students in such a good location is one I would liked to have had.

The best one would have to be the Pensionato Bocconi, it has an underground link to the unversity so in winter you don't have to even go outside to get to class - FANTASTIC. Problems with these halls is that the toilet and shower facilites are all communal and there are no cooking facilites, however the Mensa is located on the ground floor. I stayed in Capitanio which have cooking facilites, tv rooms with digital tv and games room/study rooms plus internet facilty, these too would be a very good choice of accommodation. Finding private appartments in Milan is very difficult and I would suggest applying for student accommodation if you are planning on studying here.

When you are on exchange, you do not only study but you also enjoy your life and that´s often a bit expensive.

Travelling by train is quite cheap in Italy. If you buy the "carta verde" you can even save 20 per cent each time.

I really disrecommend the pensionato of the university; it´s old, there´s no kitchen and it´s kind of expensive: actually it´s a shithole
