Personal recommendation
I recommend Pamplona for people who are willing to be creative and look for fun. It is amazing but it is not in-your-face.

Realize that Pamplona is not a huge city. It is perfect if you like good food, an interesting mix of cultures, and great regional travel opportunities - the mountains and the sea are close by!

First thing I can say is that it is going to be rough and tough the first weeks. You are going to miss home, friends and family; understanding people will be hard at times, making yourself understandable will probably be even harder. But now worries, as soon as you get a grip on the new language, when you have gotten to know new people and you are used to your knew environment you won't feel like going back home.

“Crecimiento personal”

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Because living with other (in my case: Spanish) students is the best way to learn the spoken language and culture of that country, to get into the University-scene, to get to know the best places to go and see, etc.

Personal comments
The Universidad de Navarra has a from students-for students policy, so students of the University who need a new roommate will sign up at the housing facility and students who are looking for a room are able to have access to a list with all available studentflats. There is also a possibility to live on campus in a dormitory, but since UNAV is a religious institution that highly values the rules that correspond to it, you might feel like you are living in a convent.

Overall
