At the beginning I spend much more than I planned to. One needs a lot of stuff to live, which you cant carry in the plane. For example we needet to buy a heater etc.

In Spain the cost of living was alot lower than it is at home for that reason I spent less on food, telephone, and housing. On the other hand I traveled a lot while in spain whereas in america I dont travel all that often.

Alcohol is really cheap (out of the bars). In the bars, it's really really really expensive. I called home by the Internet, and used to travel quite a lot.
