Housing
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why?
It was very handy to get in to university every day, close to shops and local services. Also there was a friendly atmosphere and opportunity to make friends from all over the world.

The accomodation was overall very good, it was clean, spacious and had various facilities such as free internet, tennis, basketball and football courts/pitch. It was fairly priced and everyone got along well together.

Elect to share a flat instead of renting a room as suggested in the leaflet. It is a good and multicultural experience (2 italian and 1 Spanish girls in my own case...!). Accomodation proved to be OK in general (with few exceptions). Prices are OK.

The University put me in touch with an accomodation office which they have links with. As dar as I know most people were happy with the accommodation they were offered.

In Spain it is most common to live in an appartment. I was very satisfied with the whole accommodation. In that way you're also able to live in the centre of town.

I like the freedom you have, linving on your own. I lived with 4 other guys and we had a great time. I might choose to live alone next time, though... depends on the situation I would be in (student, working, relationship(s) )

The house was like a chalet. It wasn´t too big, specialy my room was small. The equipment was basic and the landlord seemed to still be building the house (he was always like "I´m going to do this, change that, blabla...")
Living with the 5 of us was ok though.
