Don't take this university. there are only snobs and you have to go to the classes. A2nd you get tests and taks during the year, but to much for an erasmus year.

I couldn't do many travlings because we had to go to school every day and during the weekends we had to study.

dont trust in the help of the office for foreigners, do your own stuff and get all paper while you are still there - they wont send you nothing...

it is sooooo usefull if you are capable of the language arriving in the country. if not, you cant follow the courses, it costs you too much time to traduce and make take notices, and its hard work to learn for the examens. you learn a lot there, and if you allready have basic knowledge in the language, you might already bring it to perfection...

Life in Spain is less expensive than in Italy, but I spent more for travelling around country and for the flat that was more expensive than in Genoa Where I have been living before.

Go to Madrid if you like, itīs a great city but I canīt really recomend this university. Go to a public university where the academic standard is higher and people are more openminded.

Final comments
If you want to travel in Spain, Madrid is ideal because from here you can reach every place easily. Travel by bus, itīs a lot cheaper and more comfortable than travel by train.
