I wish I had known...
that it can be rather difficult to find accommodation when you arrive in the 2nd semester and that it is difficult to rent a flat if you won t be there for the full year.

Offer more info + help to foreign students to find accommodation (accommodation lists provided by uni were not up-to-date but sometimes more than 1 month old!)

A very large campus, one must be very independent to be able to manage all of the intricacies of such a large university. The teachers are wonderful, so get to know them!

Every individual's travel experience is unique. It is important to keep an open mind, always be willing to try new things and travel to new places. Take advantage of every moment and don´t waste time feeling homesick because soon enough you will be on the plane back home wishing that you were still abroad.
