even if it can you days and weeks to find a room in BCN it's worth the trouble. there's incredible flats that you would not know anything about if you would accept the first offer you are given.

Living on the campus and nearby villages means a 45 minutes travel to the city of BCN. However, you are adviced to live in the heart of a city if you want to it to move you. To me BCN offers a thousand things I can benefit from and I think it would be sad to limit yourself by living outside the city. Although the UAB offers rooms in the city as well especially these are often connected with never-thought-of problems coming up.

the university is outside of Barcelona, at first i though that was a fault, but now Ive learn to love it...for it means that at least three times a week(I got 3 days to class) I go out of the city and in tho something a little bit green :o)...I like the environment of the campus, its a small village in itself with rather big areas of grass and in my faculty the profesors are open and friendly.
