It's hard to find good laundry rooms where you can wash your clothes and everything gets dirty here really fast.

The university is amazing. It's very modern, really nice and with many activities offered (sports, arts, etc.). It is better to know spanish and take classes in spanish in order to integrate.

You can travel really easily and safe by taking the bus to nearly everywhere. Really nice is Real de Catorce, Guanajato, Oaxaca, Mexico D.F., Puerto Vallarta and also don't miss out on going to the surrounding villages in Guadaljara (Chapala, Tlaquepaque)

strangely enough, i wish i would have known what the typical dress was for a student, that was one of the biggest surprises, to find that although it was extremely hot, nobody wore shorts, everyone seemed dressed up for school, something quite different from my university!!!

overall i had a wonderful time. of course like anything there are things that frusterate you but if you can keep your mind open, you really do end up learning a lot about the people around you, their cultural, and most of all, yourself. the only tip i would give is pack light!

Monterrey is an amzing city , with a even better nightlife, however, if you want to get a truly mexican experience, I would reccomend going to Guadalajara.

Make freiends with as many mesicans as you can. Not only will this help you to learn the language, including all the heavily used salng, but you will also be introduced too many mexican foods, customes and traditions.

It is Mexico's best university, and it deserves it's title. In all aspects it's a high-level university.

Women should never get a cab alone in any place of Mexico. Local public transportation is a disaster, but long distance bses are of high quality. Mexicans have a bitter sense of humour, which might offend some foreigners, but nonone should feel offended by their humour.

It's not a very big university, but since there are only a few foreign students, you are very very well welcome by the organisators, the teachers, the students, the families, etc. and it's very good if you want integration and if you want to learn another language.

El tecnológico de Monterrey cuenta con muchos recursos para apoyar el alumno y en el caso que estamos viviendo actualmente hoy 16 de enero del 2021 puedo decir que la institución se ha esforzado mucho por mantener la misma calidad de educación entrando a esta nueva modalidad por medio de sus plataformas.

La formación que estoy recibiendo me parece buena, completa y me gusta saber que tengo varios recursos que puedo utilizar a mi favor para enriquecer mi formación profesional.

Points forts

Cuentan con Tecnología, Innovación, Planes de intercambio, Servicios psicológicos, servicios de salud, buenas instalaciones y apoyo a los programas culturales.

Inconvénients

En general ser más flexibles con el costo de la colegiatura por la contingencia aplicando esa flexibilidad para todos los estudiantes, no solo los que sean candidatos a un fondo de COVID.
