At the beginning, I found it pretty hard to understand the courses and I had difficulties during the lectures. For my social life it was pretty OK. I was living with some english and at the begining, they were talking slowly in order to make me understand. With time, everything was Ok and I really improved my english.

the biginning was really difficult, speak all day another language is quite intensive for the mind but after one month it's already better. the point is to try and to not be afraid or ashamed

It can be a challenge in the beginning to communicate with teachers and other students, however, this is not a permanent problem.
