Become a regular at the Basile (the café acrosss the main entrance to Sciences Po)in order to meet local students.

don't be affraid, sciences po means lot of work. Less academic than at LSE but a very general training. Very pragmatic for a french "grande école".

Look for an apartement soon. Do not expect one year of vacations if you are studying at a French Grand Ecole.
