The ESN organization at La Sapienza is really good to organize events... Every week there was new party in a new discoteque... Else Rome is amazing, but frankly the discoteques aren't all that great... Drinks can be very expensive, and people can be quit weird. It all comes down to the fact that Italian guys tries with the girls so bad, all the time with no self awareness what so ever... This freaks most girls out, and irritated me as well...

There is a jazz cafe near Piazza Navona which is quite special, also there are so many reggae concerts which take place which shouldnt be missed. the food is incredible!!

Check out "Roma c'e'", a booklet that comes out once a week and gives all the necessary information about cultural events, including wonderful free Flamenco nights etc.
