Course recommendations
System really different- Differnet way of teaching (a lot of group work, presentation... that we don't have in France)- Way of working by yourself quite new for us- be careful to stay concentrated on course- it is really easy to get lost and not knowing what is more important: going to Parkend on the Thursday night or the Finance lecture on Fridays mornings? Nobody's there to force or at least control the student- Complete auto-management which can be a bit surprising at the beginning

Personal comments
I did not have any trouble with the language of instruction, as I have worked and studied in English before. But some people in the class did not speak much English, and that was a problem sometimes, as we had quite a lot a group assignments and discussions. So if your English is good, be prepared to correct everyone else's papers, and allow for misunderstandings during seminars. It can be irritating at times, but if you keep your sense of humour, it can be interesting.

Personal comments
Renting a room in Oxford was too expensive, around 480 euros/month. The hall offered good facilities, I had my own room and I was sharing kitchen, toilets, showers and living room. Th only inconvenient it was far form city centre and from the university.
