most of fins speak english, so it was no problem at all to communicate especially with people in offices and young people

almost everybody (even the old people) spoke English very well - so it was never a problem to communicate. It is very difficult to learn Finnish, but it is good to know some basic stuff.

there is a small chance to learn Finnish, specialy if you do not interact with Fins and live in an international dorm. the "bad" thing is that almoust everyone is a good English speaker

Most of finish people speake english very well, therefore it's easy to cope with. A very good point is to get to know different dialects, from international students and locals as well.
