For an international student, it's very convenient to live on campus. Everything is within a walking distance. All you need is on campus: dining service, athletic center and secure ans good atmosphere.

I lived in an apartment on campus with 3 other international students. I shared my room with one of them. I liked this international atmosphere but i was lucky to have easygoing roommates. However, it would have been even better to have at least one American roommate.

The dorms on campus are very nice. Even though the dorm where I live is in the far south, I couldn't ask for more, because it is one of the only dorms, where you have your own bedroom.
That's the best place to make new friends, especially when you go to the country not knowing anyone

It was pretty basic. I had to share a room with another girl - which I wasn't expecting, but it turned out well. also had to share a kitchen with the whole building! Thank goodness for cafeterias!
Also the communal shower rooms was something to be desired!
