FRANCE IS COLD COUNTRY PARTICULARLY ROUEN IS VERY WINDY AND IT RAINS HEAVILY THERE.
HEAVY PULLOVERS AND JACKETS ARE RECOMMENDED.
STAY IS COSTLY IF OUTSIDE THE CAMPUS.
