people who does not speak english in their home country, can improve their language skills. get very good scores in toefl and gre and apply for top universities. i do not know about other countries but in india education is much more better than US unless the university is high in ranking.

The Language dept are being renovaded with top brand new comps and much more space..so it may be better this year than the 4 years i was there.
