Finland is expencive in general. A little cheaper is only at the countryside. U should know that and take it under account if u re goin there. But it can be worth it.

Finns speak English, almost everybody, and its really great, really convenient. Offcourse IF they speak at all, and its quite rare.

Pourquoi?
Cause the rental cost of the free market flat is the same as in the campus, i could pick the flatmaids etc than, but on the other hand i am happy that i didnt have to worry about searchin 4 the flat when I came.

Most of the foreigner students are putted to the campus quite far from the center - Mukkula, so U have to buy the monthly bus ticket and its quite expensive, and u cannot come back home at night.But the place is nice, as all the availible campuses in the town. The rent is almost the same everywhere, if u ll add the price 4 the buses to the Mukkula campus.

Torvi! offcourse, if u like to rock& roll! But offcourse the best gigs are in Helsinki(Tavastia)and its not so far from Lahti.
