When at university at home i live with my parents and the opportunities to travel while on your erasmus exchenge are too good to pass up.

The level of Enlgish spoken by the Dutch people is very high and most erasmus students also had a relatively good level of English. Because there were a lot of Spanish erasmus students I picked up some Spanish while I was there.

Personal comments
After 2 weeks you get used to speak in English and there is no problem. The common language in The Netherlands is Dutch, but everybody speaks English, even the most old woman in the street, really.
